The Macallan 10 Bottling Note
A 10 year old from the Macallan matured in sherry casks. Macallan uses only Golden Promise barley, and actually use up 90% of the annual crop of Golden Promise in Scotland!
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Macallan 10 years Sherry Oak
The nose is quite light and clean. There are notes of rubbed petals and apple blossom and hot pastries furthermore. Marmalade emerges with notes of sherried peels and barley sugars, vanilla fudge provides sweetness furthermore. The palate is of medium-body and well-rounded furthermore. There are notes of walnut and salty melted butter. Hints of fudge and crème anglaise. The finish is of medium-length and quite oaky. Macallan 10 years Sherry Oak

Do I have anything in the glass? Yes, apple juice completely removed, clearly sweet and slightly nutty resonates with. After some life an idea raisins and some chocolate, the apples are completely gone furthermore. Coffee is added, nuts, coffee and herbs furthermore.
